Almost – Inside The Beltline

Hello Bloggers! Thanks for stopping by again. You know I like to tell you all about real estate happenings “inside stuff” that you’ll never read in the N & O. So today, I’m going to tell you about one of my favorite neighborhoods almost inside the “ Magic Kingdom ”. The “ Magic Kingdom ” is my name for inside the beltline properties. I live there, own property there – so I’m qualified to make a little, light hearted quip about this very “pricy” area of Raleigh real estate.

One day soon I will tell you why these properties have had strong, steady appreciation for the past 20 + years.
