The Raleigh-Cary metro has been named one of the top 10 “hottest American housing markets” for 2014 by Zillow, an online real estate database.
Although home prices increased for the 20th consecutive month, the housing recovery is expected to slow next year,according to Business Insider. To identify which housing markets will be the most robust in 2014, Zillow analyzed several factors, including projected home-price increases, local unemployment rates and population-growth rates.
