Welcome home, don’t miss out on this dream home that shows better than new! NC Community of the year, check out all the spectacular amenities!
This former model home offers a luxurious and comfortable living on a great neighborhood that recently won NC Community of the Year for 2015 and includes an extensive list of upgrades totaling over $40k!
You will love this house just as much as we have because it has been an amazing place to watch our children blossom into little social butterflies. From the little young kids to the retired neighbors, my children have made so many friends. More than friends – more like family now. This house has been so good to us. The light that comes in is so beautiful. All that is missing is some sand and waves outside the back door.
We bought this home as a model home. They put in $40k worth of beautiful upgrades that include a striking 5″ hardwood floors. We unfortunately haven’t lived in it very long which fortunately we haven’t needed any repairs. The only “renovation” we did was add a built in to one of the bedrooms making it a “playroom” or media room for the kids and us!
This amazing home also flaunts extensive millwork, oversized mantle, window treatments (blinds included) and a whole lot more!
The grand kitchen with upgraded stainless steel appliances with gas stove, elegant subway tile back splash, granite counter tops and custom cabinets with pull out drawers invites the family to gather for meals, homework, or a bonding time.
The master bedroom of this stunning home is conveniently located on its main floor which is hard to find! Master suite boasts his and hers walk-in closets as well as trey ceilings. Built in shelving in playroom/bonus room is also present.
Privately fenced back yard with extensive landscaping offers a serene and peaceful respite from a busy day. To fully enjoy your relaxation and privacy, this amazing home is both wired for ADT alarm company and for Fiber Optic High Speed cable.
The first thing that really stood out to us was the light that came in. It was so bright and happy. It looks like such a beautiful little beach cottage on the outside, and you are so pleasantly surprised by the inside. With extensive millwork and landscaping – you’re just amazed by it all. The home was a former model home. I had walked plenty of homes and there was always something that was holding me back. As soon as I walked inside this one, saw the kitchen, the master with two walk in closets, a backyard with such privacy – I absolutely had to have it. You can see the sunset from our backyard every night. In the summer time we sit outside and have the best view. It’s as if the sun is setting for us in its own private show! We can see it from the master bedroom and our backyard! It can be very magical! 🙂
In the community:
Our home is on the same street as Wake Forest’s largest Clubhouse which features a zero-entry saltwater pool, sand volleyball court, outdoor amphitheater and fire pit , playground, pocket parks, walking trails, fishing, canoeing, kayaking on Wake Forest’s Reservoir which is right across the street from our home.
We love this neighborhood because there are so many friendly neighbors. There is a reason why this neighborhood won community of the year. With all the activities and amenities, everyone is always around – it is like living in a little resort! From yoga groups, to monthly women’s night outs, book clubs, etc, there is always something to do!
Living right across from Heritage, it is a little secret that Heritage Club is actually open to the public. The food there is amazing – especially for a sweet date night. We also love Farm Table, which is right across the street from our neighborhood. Delicious fresh from the farm right to the table food! Less than five minutes away, you can sit outside the big patio of Shucker’s and pretend like you are at the beach while listening to their live music! We are also a moments away from the famous Gonza Tacos and Tequila! And that is nothing but fun!
We love this area because we are literally right across from the Wake Forest reservoir. Canoeing, kayaking, hiking and fishing — all within steps from your front door. We also have so many walking trails – it’s such a beautiful community. We also love that when you are driving down the hill into Wake Forest, you see so many trees. You understand why its name has forest in it. So many summers driving down that hill with the most gorgeous sunsets, makes you want to get lost in it forever.
Lowes, Harris Teeter, and a Publix are just some of the conveniences close to home. We are also so close to The Factory, where it’s the ultimate sports center for kids and adults. Inside you will find shops and restaurants as well.
