What will it take for you to get into your first home? This is the question I’ll be answering today.
What will it take to get you into your new home?
Today, I’d like to answer this question in three parts.
- It will take less money than you think. Every day I speak with people who believe it takes 20% down or even more to get into a new home. These days, you can often put down just 3%.
- It will take less credit than you think. A perfect credit score simply isn’t necessary. If your credit score is near 600 or slightly above that number, my team and I can show you the shortest path to qualifying for a loan.
- It will take less hassle than you think. Finding the right agent is going to be essential to making the process as easy as possible. Your first home is an investment. I strongly advise against making your first home your forever home. A first home should simply be a stepping stone to a stable financial future. Following this advice can put you in the ranks of homeowners who have a net worth that is 45 times greater than the average renter.
If you have any other questions or would like more information, feel free to give me a call or send me an email. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
