Artificial intelligence has evolved into something that we depend on in our professional and personal lives. What does this have to do with real estate, though? More specifically, what does this have to do with the Marti Hampton Team?

Whether you’re buying or selling a home, you need to hire an agent with experience. What does that mean to you? Let’s talk about how Google Voice became the No. 1 voice assistant in the world. It started back in 2008 and 2009 when they erected a bunch of those “GOOG-411” billboards that invited you to dial the listed number if you had a question. By processing thousands and thousands of questions, the voice assistant service became more knowledgeable.

Recently, I was doing a radio advertisement and talking about the number of homes we closed in May and June and the number we were scheduled to close in August. The reason I mentioned this is because when you close that many homes each month, you get a lot of live data about the market.

When you hit a speedbump during the sale process, you want someone who’s been in the trenches to help you.

Here’s the secret about real estate data: By the time you hear about something on the street (e.g., a shift toward a seller’s market), it’s already been happening for six months. By closing as many homes as we have for as long as we have, it’s given us plenty of data that helps us help you.

No real estate transaction is perfect, and when you hit a speedbump during the sale process, you want someone who’s been in the trenches to help you. That doesn’t happen unless you hire someone who’s closed a lot of homes and has a lot of live data to go off of.

If you have any questions about this topic or you’re in need of a real estate team to help you get your home sold quickly and for top dollar, don’t hesitate to reach out to me. I’d love to hear from you.
